Anyone have a brand/model number of a air pressure tire gage that is always dead on?

i use a digital guage that is very accurate and will easily do .5 pound increments. got it at one of the autozone type of stores. easy to use . cost about 10 bucks

Consumer Reports rates them from time to time. Check the May '02, page 57 issue for one. I don't have that issue anymore.

I bought the racing tire gauge. It's great. Overfill a little once and deflate to your desired pressure using the bleed valve.

Keep in mind, that just because a guage is digital, and reads in 0.5 pound increments, that doesn't mean it's accurate.

I also have that one. Provides readings for one tenth of pound. Great gauge.

He can always go compare the gauge he's got to a certified, calibrated gauge at a truck stop.
