Friends: 0 | Dont know if anybody has had this interesting "problem"...Looking at the steering wheel from the drivers point of view...you see the section of buttons on the left(volume+/-, mode...etc) and on the right, the set of button...defrost.etc...) now if you notice, there are 3 sections to the wheel...the left side with buttons, the center with the horn and air bag...then the right side...with buttons.. the gap is widening on my steering wheel...the left section is widening from the center and the right section is doing the same...it used to be flush against the horn section...i can put 5 credit cards in the gap on both sides...i can push it back against the center but its keep moving back out...anybody else have this happen...btw all the functions of the buttons work fine...just the gap gets wider |

Friends: 23 | Drive quickly to your dealer and have that replaced. Not looked at, not inspected, replaced. Priapus does not exhibit what you describe, but if he ever does, I am not hesitating to having it replaced. |

I'd claim safety concern... airbag deplyment issues... mechanical reliability of steering wheel... whatever it took. My beast isn't exhibiting this behavior, but I'd be camped on a service manager's desk if it did.... cas | |

Friends: 0 | wb9tyj, I kinda curious what the end result of your findings was. Did you bring it to a dealership? What did they have to say? I've noticed the same on mine although, I don't know if it's always been that way of if it's a recent development. But, it's only the left side that's wide/widening... Thanx, -bob |
