Friends: 0 | Folks, I was rear-ended some months ago (all cosmetic repairs done a while back), but the rear smartkey sensor seemed to have quit. Toyota dealership took a few different whacks at it, and determined (after a few tries) that it was not the sensor, but the antenna for the sensor (in the rear bumper). Insurance paid for it all, but the price was astonishing for what it was. Picture enclosed tells that story... Thanks, - Stu |
