Default odometer problem

Hello! I've Prius 2008. It's strange problem. The odometre stoped on 1772 miles, but Trip A and Trip B it's in order. What could be, I can't image. Have any body an idea?

The combination meter ECU probably has failed (combination meter includes the speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, shift indicator, and warning lights.)

Thanks, I think the faster way to understand if it's true, just to change temporarly this Combination Meter ECU with other Prius. I'll be very appriciable if you help me to understand where is location of this ECU.

The ECU is located on the combination meter, which you can see as you look at the speedometer. If you need repair manual info, I suggest you consult the Toyota Europe website that has this available on a subscription basis.

Question Re: odometer problem

Since the car is 2008 I wonder if this is still under warranty?

And failed at only 1772 miles?
