Friends: 19 | I just received reports from Blackstone Labs on two oil samples. It seemed that they had swapped the two by mistake so I called to ask. The woman on the phone went and verified that they did. She apologized and said they would not charge for the two tests. I think this is very good customer service worth praising, especially considering the bad economy we are experiencing now. |
