Friends: 0 |  can HID headlight receptactles be changed? I was one of many who'se Prius has the HID headlights. I remember after asking, a mechanic said it was possible to replace the hardware inside and install plugs that would use the standard headlight bulbs. I haven't heard this from anyone else, does anyone have any info on this? Even if it is costly, it beats replacing HID lights every 18 months, which is long the last three Toyota bulbs lasted. |
