That Prius is pretty slow, it must be a Gen1

I have the accelerator mashed to the floor and it slows to 86MPH. What is the turtle icon? is that a real icon in a Prius? Has anyone ever drivin at top speed long enough to see this?

And I'm pretty certain that was a simulator for the 1G Prius.
