Friends: 0 | Been averaging each day 52.6 mpg in the Phila, PA area. My Prius does all it was supposed to do and then some. Lowest mpg all winter was 46.6 mpg. 100 mi commute and tires are always at 38F and 36 R. Very satisfied low fuel user..... |

Friends: 0 | Pretty much the same story about 50 miles inland. With 4000 miles, the MPG creeping upward as both car and driver are breaking in. Last tank was 49.9 (aargh) on the MFD (49.4 based on gas pump). Mileage suffers a bit from 10-12 minute commute to work where car just about gets warmed up. All in all - a happy camper. (Need to do something about these tires though ....) |
