Friends: 0 | If you go to "build and price your toyota" at Toyota.com, they have a delivery, processing & handling fee added to the MSRP to give a "Total MSRP" Hope this answers your question |

Friends: 62 | Since port/delivery charges depend on the port of entry and delivery region, those charges have never been part of MSRP. Just like taxes aren't part of MSRP since that varies from place to place. And MSRP is just the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price, so a dealer can be above or below that price if they don't take Toyota's suggestion. |

Friends: 26 | it's not built into msrp. for the southeast, it was $500something when i took delivery last march. each region's different. it'll be in very small print toward the bottom of the window sticker. |

Friends: 0 | Simply put, the deliever charge should be on the window sticker and integrated into the final window sticker price. If a dealer puts a premium It doesn't take much for them to eliminate the "regional adjustment". You just have to stand up at the bargaining desk and be willing to walk out and they tend to eliminate that pretty darn quick. The side sticker is there for the suckers that come in and don't bother to ask questions and challenge their logic. |

Friends: 0 | Just to clarify for everyone, there is a base price for the car. when you build it online, mentioned above, you must enter your zip code... they use this to determine the delivery charge. Adding the base price and delivery charge give you what the Manufacturer suggests that dealers in your zip code sell the car at, or the "MSRP". I believe that a delivery charge is fair, and that it SHOULD be different for different parts of the country. For example, vegetables are more expensive in Alaska and Hawaii, seafood is more expensive the father from the coast you get, gasoline is more expensive in different regions... |
