Friends: 0 | Just bought a Yakima Rack and a Yakima Space Cadet (box) for camping trips. It was necessary to talk my wife into trading in the 4Runner. Does anyone know how much it will disturb the aerodynamics and what the mpg hit will be? Whatever-- it will only be up there occasionally and it holds a lot of gear. The fit of the rack is perfect. |

Friends: 0 | I took just one ski trip with a roof box last year (did most of my skiing west via airplane rather than east via car). I wasn't very careful on comparing the mileage but the hit was certainly no more than 5 mpg. |
