Thumbs up

is there any way to set this so that it stays on the screen i choose until i tell it to go to another screen? its pretty annoying when i am trying to monitor tracks and times and titles on a new cd and i have to keep pressing the audio button since it switches to the map screen constantly. it does this on other screens too (2005 model + nav system).
thanks in advance
dan

I am pretty sure you can change it so it doesn't automtically go back to another screen. I read it somewhere in the manual, don't have it on me so can't tell you what page it is on

From page 152 of the 2005 manual:

Press the 'INFO' button on the dash, then "Screen Setting"

AUTOMATIC TRANSITION

ON: The previous screen automatically returns
from the audio or air conditioner
screen 20 seconds after the end
of audio or air conditioner screen operation.

OFF:The audio or air conditioner screen
remains on.
