Has anyone has any problems with the recent BT plate sale? I placed my order and have the PayPal receipt to prove it. But the Prius Shop says I haven't made any order and has no tracking info. I emailed the shop, but no reply. Has this worked for most folks?

Wazzup? Shop gone fishin?

I would suggest that you call our office and ask if we have received your order. If we have then we can supply you with a UPS tracking number for your BT Tech stiffening plate.

There have been orders that were placed through the PC store but have not made it to us. These are isolated cases and fortunately does not happen often.

We are beginning to run low on our current stock so I would urge you to make sure that your order was in fact received.

Boy, what GREAT service from Brian. As soon as I saw the post I called. Good thing. Brian was there and cheerfully took the call. By the time we checked there were only 4 left! Plate coming now, can't wait! Thanks Brian!
