Friends: 0 | I was wondering if anyone knows if you can get a clean fuel plate or and HOV sticker in Texas to allow you in the HOV lane without any additional passengers. I'm very excited about receiving my new Prius soon and want to know if I need to do anything to get the sticker or whatever ahead of time if that's the case. |
