May be a silly question but id like to see if anyone knows! What is the date that toyota stops making the 06 and starts the 07.Is this also the date that the toyota web site and others start using the 2007 build and price?Kinda curious on the date the last 06 rolls off the assembly line.

Already happened. I think if you do a search it's posted on this forum somewhere. Maybe check the "stickies" at the top.

If you're thinking of the Touring Edition, they've been making it since at least 2003.

What other changes is the 2007 edition is supposed to have?

edit: since 2003 in Japan.

REALLY? I wasn't aware that there was a "Touring Edition Prius" in 2003. Perhaps that's a misprint.

I think NuStrike meant they have been making the Touring edition in JAPAN since then.

Checked the Toyota website. They are still featuring the 2006 Prius. Some other Toyotas are being advertised as 2007 models.

In Canada, we only have ONE change for 2007. The introduction of Magnetic Grey

Thanks.... we're now probably the only country with the least amount of options (in terms of packaging AND the number of features available to us)
