Anybody find a lower finance rate than this?

If you happen to live in Los Angeles, I want to recommend First Entertainment Credit Union when you're looking for financing on your new Prius. They have a special deal for hybrids, and the rate is based on the EPA milage rating for the car you're buying. For Prius, the rate is 2.99% for a 60 month loan..
My loan officer seems to think that other lenders might be making similar offers on hybrids, so be sure to tell whoever you're talking to about financing that you're buying a hybrid, but I doubt you're going to find a lower rate than this!

I happen to belong to that credit union.

Now I just need the Prius to arrive (dealer feels within a month -- I'm #2 on the BC list).

Our local Credit Union has a Prime +0 rate for Hybrids. HCH, Insite, Prius, and soon to be Escape and Lexus LX400H and Toyota Hilander. This is up here in Canada but keep pushing your local CU maybe just maybe they'll see the light.
