You need to find another dealer.

Also, keep in mind it is a lot harder to get your money back than to not pay in the first place. If you have years of free service left, you should have known that before you paid. And you should tell them up front before they start anything so if there is any problem it is solved before service is done and before you pay.

As for the battery...find another dealer.

You are the customer with a valid concern for service work and money back if you do have a maintenance contract.

If the dealer won't budge, call the Head Office directly for further assistance, see what's their saying.

i Will wait a few days to see what happens
and just hope that the dealer was having a bad day

i kind a like the dealer because its the closest to my home.

and its not a place where you see those salesman running around in a suit
i have bean to a dealer where the guy behind the car repair desk had suit on and where to dirty to get dirty

well lets hope that i get my money back and that all is resolved without any more people needing to think there a Ass*ole about another

EDIT

pending dealer experience i delete the story
when i put it back up depends on dealer experience next week

well i got a new battery under warranty.. for free no labor work also

and after sitting 2 days inside the prius its still reads 12,78 volts

so i am happy! and the old battery was the problem of al my problems
lucky that the dealer at the end agreed!
