SPM - which color leather interior is best?

My own personal opinion...

I like the bisque the best. I think it looks better with the exterior.

I've had light and dark color interiors in both fabric and leather, and either way I find the light color tends to be a little cooler. I do live in a climate where we have a lot of hot, humid days and very few really cold days so that makes a huge difference to me.

I don't find the lighter interior being more prone to get dirty, but I don't have kids or transport other people on a regular basis. I don't eat in my car. I have a dog, but she gets carsick so she only rides with me when she has to go to the vet and then I have a car seat cover that I use. Of course leather is easier to clean than fabric since spills don't soak into the seat the way it does to fabric interiors.

When I first began shopping for my Prius, I was set on having the bisque leather interior... but as the process evolved and I was able to actually see the various color combinations, I decided on the Spectra Blue exterior, which doesn't have the bisque as an option... only the grey. Personally, I never really thought I would like a grey leather interior, but in this application I think it rocks!

Have you decided on which exterior color you want? That may make the decision for you. Also, as a second choice, the Black exterior with Bisque leather interior is really nice. Great contrast!

The Hertz rental that I test drove for a weekend had a bisque interior. It really showed the dirt after only 7000 miles. Granted, it was a rental, but I figure that means at least it was vacuumed a few times a week. One of the few stipulations I have for my wait list is no bisque interior.

EDIT: Sorry - didn't see the word leather in the thread title - my observations reflect having seen the bisque cloth interior.

i agree. also the outside color of the car means a lot too. magnetic gray
with a gray leather interior simply looks stunning. i cannot speak for the
other color options.

Unless you are getting custom leather or cloth seat covers, I believe that ONLY Grey is available with the SPM.

I have Magnetic Grey exterior and chose the grey leather. I preferred the grey with the dark dash and I also have a couple of dogs, so this time I went with the grey. Previous car (Volvo XC70 had bisque).

I am in line to get package #6 on my first color choice of silver pine mica and it is definitely available in bisque leather. Personally, I think SPM with bisque leather is a stunning combination. I also agree that black looks great with bisque leather but my last car had that combo and I think SPM is a better color choice for my Prius this time around.
