Who konws where to find a leather specialist?

Here is the story! I purchased my 2005 prius with package 6 in crown toyota in Ontario, California. I also asked the dealership to install leather seat to my car. I asked the sale man to show me the leather sample and color but he didn't do so just said they did these type work all the time. They always choose the same interior color to match it. I trust hime since Toyota has good reputation. I found out last Friday nite when I went to dealer to pick up my car, they installed non leather material to my car and denied about it. They forwarded me to service department and even service department can't promise it's leather because they said they took the seats off the car and sent to a outside leather company. I would like to find a leather specialist who can write me a proof of certificate. Please help!

I'd go to an upholstery shop in the area.. I am sure in your part of the world there are lots.. any one of those guys should be able to help you.. the dealer may be telling you the truth.. as I understand, and I am sure someone who knows will speak up, there are air bags in the seats that must deploy.. and you may not be able to have the seats covered with real leather..

Is it true that I may not be able to have the seats covered with real leather if i have seat mounted side airbags? I was not being told when I asked dealer to install.
