Friends: 0 | What comes standard on a 2nd generation Prius? I ask because my parents recently bought a 2007 prius for me and it won't be delivered until august, so I would like to know what to expect. The car was my grandparents, and they are fairly up to date with technology for people their age, so they may have gotten upgrades on it when they bought it new, but I don't know for sure if they did or not. What comes standard and what comes as an optional upgrade? Things like bluetooth enabled phone interface, or gps mapping? Thanks guys, This is my first post! p.s. Some of my friends are not surprised it is my grandparents car, they think it is an old person's car. i am 19, and could not agree less. I think it looks sexy and the fuel-efficiency will only help in my long (5 hr) commute between school and home. |

Friends: 22 | Hi Soileau, Welcome to PriusChat. It's the best place on Earth for things Prius. Be sure to use the Search function (in all its permutations) as well as the Forum table of contents to find threads on topics of interest to you. You'll soon find that all or almost all of the questions you may have on the Gen II Prius (model years 2004-2009) have already been answered. Anyways, to answer your question, take a look at the 2007 Prius eBrochure, which will list all the Standard Equipment and the different Option Packages for the 2007 Prius: 07_prius.pdf

Friends: 4 | Soileau.........I'll also add my welcome to Prius Chat.....it's an awesome place. The people are very helpful and informed. Enjoy your new techno-marvel car. It is an off-the-chart experience to drive. I agree with you that it's not a "nerdy car." It's cool to eco-friendly....and an awesome side benefit is all the technology that Toyota built into the car. Happy driving!!! |
