Friends: 1 | Hmmm, not sure we can access your C drive directly like that lol. But glad to hear the spaceship is still running fine. I have about 9000 miles on my 2009 as well, so I'm in the same boat as you are. |

Friends: 1 | I'm hoping my MPGs will increase as the car breaks in. I live in Anchorage too, but I can only seem to manage about 43 mpg, and with winter coming, that's sure to drop. |

If you private message me we can meet up sometime and I'll show you some tricks on things to do so you can increase your MPGs. I was stuck at 43mpg for awhile until I changed some things. Thanks, smartalec89 UPDATE: I sent you a message! Last edited by smartalec89; 08-31-2009 at 03:44 PM. | |

Friends: 1 | After 600-1000 miles, the vehicle should already be well "broken into", so if you're already past that, I wouldn't count on much mpg improvement solely due to the break in. The biggest difference in MPG boost for me really has been temperature. Between Feb when it was 20F degrees to last week where it was 90F, the avg mpg for me went from 51 to 57. |

Friends: 4 | Yeah... I also haven't owned mine an entire year yet. Things can always change, maybe you just need to move up here. Lol. Then you can really be the Moderator of the North. |

Friends: 4 | I could understand the drop if you were in Fairbanks (avg winter temp -40) but, in Anchorage (avg winter temp 0) it only drops a little. I moved back into Anchorage this summer from Fairbanks. It was a little too cold for me. I can't blame you for being down south. I am sure to kill my avg this winter though it looks like its gonna be a cold one. |
