Friends: 0 | I am 5'1" and would like to buy a Prius (probably 2004-2009). I tried driving one yesterday and found that although I loved all the adjustments, the front of the seat pushed hard against the back of my legs. Surprisingly, I found a thread on this forum in which a few drivers my height said the seats fit them well. So I'm wondering if some models or years are better than others, or if there is something else I need to do or try. Thanks. Rose in AZ |

Friends: 44 | Hi Rose, 2004 - 2009 Prius have similar seats. The 2010 Prius has a height adjust feature on the driver's seat, and you may find that helpful. |

Friends: 2 | Rose, I am your height and have short legs. I found my 2006 Prius very comfortable and never noticed any issue with the (cloth) seat. It sounds that maybe you are short in the thigh (whereas I have shorter calves), which is why the seat is pushing against your legs. A small back cushion should help resolve that. |

Friends: 0 | I never thought of that -- short thighs vs. short legs. I do plan to try a back cushion, and will cross my fingers. thanks for answering. Rose Quote:

Friends: 0 | The older Prius I tried also had the height adjust, which I loved. But I'll try a 2010 to see if it's different.
