Friends: 0 | Excellent animation. The audio is there, but really low, so crank it up when you view the link. May I also suggest Alan Alda's Scientific American Frontiers: Future Car |

Friends: 5 | Bill, that is an amazing link, thanks. I like the intro to HSD that amped posted.. but i know it. Good for the general public, boring for me. the simulator is fun. almost as fun as the car. not exactly accurate to a 2004 model seeing cruising at 63mph i get over 60mpg |

Friends: 5 | hehe. 42 is fun. soo... does this thing keep track of fuel too? it does mpg, mph, gears... i see a fuel guage. around.. well... general prius flaw says around 100+ miles the first bar will dissapear. will i run out of fuel if i leave it running all night? lol |

Friends: 60 | [font=Comic Sans MS:7fb3eaa63e]Actually, Frank, I like the link I posted better. In addition to the component sliders, you can also "drive" by sliding up the accellerator or the brake. At about 2400 RPM for MG1, MG2, and the ICE, everything is "locked" together and you are getting maximum efficiency. That RPM corresponds to about 42 MPH. Try it on either site.[/font:7fb3eaa63e] |
