Toyota Customer Survey

Received a customer survey form in the mail today. Responded via internet. Seems Toyota really does care what purchasers of their automobiles think. Lots of room to detail what I liked and did not like about the car as well as room to add comments.

Way to go Toyota.

Saw on the news yesterday that US auto manufactures had surpassed European as sto quality and reliability. But.... they are still way behind the Japanese.

gotta know, Terkar...how long did you wait before you took delivery? Did you go into any great detail or give an opinion of what you thought of Toyota's marketing plan for the Prius?
