Friends: 0 | That's funny -- I just found that same page not 20 mins ago. I'm trying to find a sound sample, but for $45, I think I'll give it a try. thanks, dave. |

Friends: 0 | Which ones are you going with, the 400+500hz or 500+600hz? Let us know how they work out. |

Friends: 0 | The stock Prius horn is best described as whimpy. Will be interested to hear from someone that has upgraded. Can you send a wav file to illustrate the sound? |

Friends: 0 | I'd really like to hear a sound sample. At Pep Boys today, I saw some horns that were supposed to sound like big-rigs. Does anyone know if the amperage requirements are different with the various horns? What details, besides size, are an issue? |

Friends: 1 | I'd like to have a locomotive horn for all the agressive drivers i see that insist on cutting across several lanes of traffic at the last possible moment to get to an exit ramp. |

Friends: 0 | I think the 400 + 500 Hz -- I tend to associate "lower" with "bigger", and I really want them to think they just tried to cut off a Buick. I'll try to get "before" and "after" .wav's dave. |
