Once I take them off and want to put them back on, I will need to buy those 3M adhesive strips. I have no idea where to get them from. I'll have to look for them. | |

Friends: 6 | And this is just my opinion, but ew. As a fellow black (as in the color of the car) Prius owner, why?! The chrome is SO tacky, and is not at all in line with the concept of the car. And the wood trim? Ugh! Add muscularity? It's a PRIUS for Christ's Sake! You would think that macho men would pick a different car if they were all too concerned with masculinity. Men who drive environment-friendly cars (as is) are more of a man than dudes who need big tires, fancy rims, chrome, big engines and trucks to speak for them. But then again, if it makes you happy. . . it makes you happy.

Friends: 63 | Because I like it. Quote:
Woodtrim and orange setting in the MFD are just waiting to happen. It is awesome how it came out. I like it. Quote:
If you are happy with a black stock look, great! Just you wait for a couple of years and see if you get bored or not. I agree with KAR IDEA's suggestion about keeping just the chrome door handles would look better. I still like the chrome pillar and want to see how they grow more or out of me.

Friends: 7 | I love Ms McDonald but she is already tired of black and plans on a SPM to replace it. I like my red one. I put a hood deflector on mine. Does that make me a sissy? |

Friends: 6 | Have fallen back in love with the black, I'll have you know! I am keeping it for good, although I think I will probably go with a funkier color on my next car if and when I get one. After seeing the SPM in a lot of different lights, I didn't always like it, although I think moving to Austin and it's heat will be hard in the black. Love my stock black. |

Friends: 63 | I took pics last weekend. I washed and "waxed" it a week before. I put Opti-Seal and then Zaino Z6 on top of it. ![]() |

Friends: 5 | I agree, I think the pillars are too much as well. The handles look great though!!! I also have to say that I've liked your wood trim ever since I first joined this forum.I like it so much that I've ordered the Sherwood Birdseye trim for my Silver Prius and I'm going to add the same amount of trim that you did. You did it perfect in my book. Quote:
