LED in the 08+ headlight

Anyone drilled and put LED's in the little bar seperating the high and low beams to copy the audi look yet?

There is another thread on this forum about this but I believe nobody has done it yet. The Audis have pretty large white LEDs (or reflectors) to be seen from a distance, larger than the space in the Prius lights. But you could probably put in standard sized LEDs.

Why would you want your car to look like a gas guzzling, maintenance intensive Audi?

The LEDs in new Audis may seem cool, but I didn't find its look appealing (maybe due to its 'wave' formation like an eye-bag). And drilling the headlight of ours seem too much work for the piece (and risk of breaking it) as the spacing between each ident is very small and tight. It's 'cool' looking enough if you already are HID-equipped light.

Nice mod! That's one I may have to look into. I did the 'angel eyes' on an 03 Hyundai Tiburon with some EL cable, and it looked great!

I'm happy to see there are lots of little things that can make the Prius stand out a little. There are a TON of them here in Austin, but I have yet to see one with much more than a tint job.

Just how much work/money is involved for this effort, worth it or not.

That cool Prius is a Right-Hand Drive....is it a JDM Prius?

Best looking Prius ever! Very slick - though I bet those huge wheels/tires punish fuel economy a good deal.
