Friends: 1 | Looks good. Any before/after spring rate information? How is the ride/handling with the springs? Are the stock dampers able to keep up with the springs? How much bump travel is left after lowering the car an inch? Is it necessary to trim the bump stops at all? |

The touring uses a Bigger diameter rear spring.. If there is enough interest in the Touring Springs its not a problem for us to make them | |

Friends: 0 | It all sounds good, except the 1" lowering. I live in a rural area & ground clearance can be a problem & I couldn't drive my car during an ice storm this winter, took 45minutes to make 7 miles in my 4wd pickup. I have stongly been considering the skid plate as protection. Do you make an improved spring without losing ground clearance? It simply is not acceptable in my environment. Sounds like the easiest way to improve my suspension. |

Friends: 0 | I would appreciate if someone from B & R could confirm is standard height springs are available. I live in a rural area, ie not all roads are paved & with hills & rain = ruts, sometimes deep. I have to really pick my spots when I'm in my Prius. I am going to add the front skid plate in the future. I am concerned about the low hanging exhaust system now & have to really weave trying to keep it from dragging & hear a light ding once in awhile from lightly dragging. If I lived in an urban area I could go with the lowering from the looks & lower center of gravity standpoint. But I don't, so need the ground clearance. The Prius has a fairly long wheelbase for a car its size & that exhacerbates the problem. |
