How about this PC based scantool?

From mp3cars.com : Mongoose for Asian/European (ISO/CAN) also read CAN protocol.

After reading a bit more on the product offer from Drew Technologies, I believed we can even upgrade/reprogram Prius ECU software without heading to dealer.

Toyota Techinfo offer subscription based update on the software. Can anyone with subscription to Toyota Techinfo verified if the subscription include Prius?

I'm not currently subscribed, but was for a month a number of months ago. They had the manuals for a number of years of Prii up through 2007. I downloaded all the manuals for the 2005, and the owner's manuals for 2006 & 2007, as well. I'm pretty sure they had manuals for earlier years as well.
