Friends: 9 | They only exist on the GIII (third generation) Prius, not on the GenII... So you do not have selectable driving modes in a 2005. There is not a right and wrong way of using them. ECO is best suited for stop and go traffic. PWR is more responsive, so it is good for hilly areas. And normal is just that, normal like in a GII Prius. All the modes do is make the the gas pedal more sensitive for the first 50% of travel. Last edited by Paradox; 09-19-2009 at 03:00 PM. |
