I doubt there will be any trouble installing these mirror covers without the wiring harnesses. I installed a set on my 2007 Prius, and all you need is two small guage wires to extend the connection from the mirror to any convenient turn signal wire and ground. I just ordered a set and will let everyone here know how the installationg goes, but they may take 3 or 4 weeks to arrive from Japan.

First problem I noticed is that there was no place to enter desired color code in the order process, so I'll need to write them a separate note clarifying I must have 8T5 (Blue Ribbon Metalic). Another potential problem for some in USA may be that only Japan colors are available, which includes Blue Ribbon Metalic.

Thanks for the info, please do let us know how they come and what they come with as well as if possible take pics during the installation process and make a post about it. I am sure if it isn't that hard many people will want to do this and your guide could come in quite handy.

Yeah, I can do that. I seriously doubt they will have correct harnesses becuase they are probably for left hand drive Japanese Prius. I put a pair in my 2007 and all you need to do is extend the wires and connect to a turn signal circuit, which I will locate.

Somewhat relating to this topic. For those wanting the look and safety of side marker turn signals - but perhaps not invest in the mirror covers, an alternative is out there. I installed aftermarket LED side lights connected to the front turn signals. The job was relatively easy. FYI. Link to this thread for info:
