Default removing A pillar cover

What holds it on? Is it just clips and you simply pull it off? Can you run a small wire behind the cover without interfering with the air bag deployment?

First - disconnect the - battery terminal (someone should put a high-voltage switch in - to make it easy)

You pull back the door trim stuff that runs around the edge of the A plastic. Then you can pull the A out at that spot - you will pull it out and back a bit - about an two inches - the pillar snaps out and back *but* there is this thing holding it. That *thing* has some weird connector - it needs to be twisted 90 degrees then you then you can pull out the trim...... I used a needle nose, twisted 90, pulled, and all was fine.

Reassembly is reverse - you need to twist the thing to get it back (not too hard), and plug and tuck.... Lots of room for wires...

Post #32 has pics Front dash Tweeter removal

Oh - please remember to reconnect the battery

Yes, and your radio presets too. And maybe some other things I haven't noticed as well.
