I don't want to come off sounding like a jerk or anything as it is not my intention but the eBay ad specifically says "Installation instruction are NOT included" so why would you give them bad feedback. As to the seller being able to give you installation instructions via email I would highly doubt that as most eBay resellers are just that merchandise resellers. There is probably more of a chance of him being a computer nerd then an auto guy so as long as the product he shipped was as described, not broken, sent timely, etc. I would think he should get positive feedback from an eBay reseller perspective. Again, not wanting to come off the wrong way I'd just hate for the seller to get negative feedback if he completed the sell correctly.
