Default keeping audio info displayed

I just bought my Prius, and I must admit, that I love it (and I've never loved a car before!). I am having a hard time figuring out how to keep the audio information displayed. I do have a navi system, so there is a screen to display my radio station, song playing, etc. However, after 30 seconds or a minute it goes off. If I turn on my map or anything for the navi system, that stays on until I turn it off, but how do I keep the audio information on the screen until I turn it off? I'm sure there's an easy way to do this. I am just not seeing it. Thanks.

See page 236 of the nav manual. Set auto Screen Change to off, under the general settings.
