Malfunction Code P2420

With only 253 miles my 2 day old 2010 is displaying a malfunction light. I hooked up a code reader and it shows a P2420 DTC code...
"Evaporative Emission Pressure Switch Valve Stuck OFF"

Has anyone had this happen?

Make sure your gas cap is on tight
