Default 5w20 at Dealer?

My wife took the Prius to the dealer today for its 5K service. She mentioned that they only charged $51. I thought there would be an extra charge for the synthetic 0w20. The bill shows that they used 5w20. Is that synthetic? The manual says that it may be used if 0w20 is unavailable but should'nt the dealer have 0w20?
I am unsure if this is an issue that I should bring up with the dealer.

They should have used 0W20. I just got mine done for $51 at the dealer and they used 5 quarts 0W20. They said they just got the 0W20 in bulk after I had asked how much it would be since they only have it in 1 quart containers.

I wouldn't worry since 5w20 is allowed temporarily but I would question them as to why they used it.

they are going to put in your car the oil that is closest to their hand

the 0W20 spec is a joke anyway, and your car doesn't require it

0W30 and 5W30 are both absolutely fine, and IMHO, superior

honestly, if i didn't have an Amsoil contract, i'd most probably run Rotella T 5W40 in the blue jug ... but i digress

0W30 full synthetic or 5W30 dino or semi synthetic, and your motor is going to last forever

the only difference will be your OCI
