Engine Warning Light at 200miles

Left car idling for 30 minutes while having the windows tinted now the check engine (or maybe that's the transmission) light just came on and won't go away.

Any suggestions for a quick reset.

(2010 Prius 5)

Not sure which light you mean? But early Prius in 04 reported some trouble with one of the sensors getting coated in the ehayst system, it was cured by a good hour or so run on the highway to really heat things up.

Took it for a 30 minute drive just now that didn't work. It is the Check Engine light.

Bummer, must be a bad sensor

Back to the shop it goes...

You can only "erase" code with a SCAN TOOl. Anyone can do it, but with new car warranty...... you probably should go to dealer. Mine set a trouble code at 293 mi & am waiting for part, a EVAP switch.
Dealer "erased" code but 2 days later malfuntion light came back on....still waiting for part,

Did you get gas recently? May want to take it in but see what happens after a few successive short trips and restarts. If it doesn't go away, then by all means take it in.
