Default P0000?

This morning my daughter started the car and when I got in, it had a check engine light. I have the scan gauge, so I scanned it and came up with P0000. I've searched and comes up with some hits on the Gen II as this DTC being some kind of general fault, but nothing more specific than that. Same with a Google search although I can't confirm P0000 as anything, I don't think it even exists.
Any ideas? Car operates fine and has not thrown the code again.

The P0000 code is mentioned on threads in PriusChat and other Toyota discussion groups. Consensus seems to be that it is a scan gauge code meaning "I don't know that code."

Well if it does it again, I won't clear it and will use my autotap software to see what it is.
