Windshield wiper replacement on the 2010 Prius

I'm having trouble figuring out the correct windshield wipers to purchase online. Can someone provide guidance on sizing. I think that it's 26inch, 18inch and 16inch for the rear window but I'm not sure if I can just got any wiper or if I need particular fittings.

Front Passenger = 19"

Toyota has recently updated their application chart (with lengths in mm) for their wiper blades, though not for their wiper inserts:

I just purchased and installed Rain-X Lattitude:
26" Front Driver;
19" Passenger.
Note: Specifications for passenger call for 18";
19" Rain-X Lattitude work well on Prius 10 V passenger side.
Question:
Is there a Rain-X or Bosch that works on the rear window of a 2010 Prius?

I just bought a new rear blade for my 2008. It's similar to the 2010 in that the mounting post is offset so that the arm can be parallel to the blade. Only the Toyota blade will fit and it costs $15.

Does anyone know where I an order the Toyota wiper inserts online (2010)? My local dealer is charging way to much for the refills.

I need new blades, and the dealer quoted $68 to change them. I guess I can buy them and do it myself. I think he said the rear wiper is the whole assembly and the front is the blades. 2004 model year.

Just get the rubber. YOu don't need the whole wiper arm.

I changed mine at 5000k for free so I don't know how much the rubbers are but I think they are about £15-20?
