The 2010 is the 4th Prius I have owned. The 08 has bisque leather as well.
no need to patronize me. I'm fully aware there are full beige interiors. I'm just saying that nowadays with people demanding more and more and expecting the same price, they've gotta streamline the process somewhere. Beige interiors are slowly being put in the back burner (I'm not too sure how many cars outside of NA are available with beige interiors compared to the number available in NA).

With the greys, it gives a nice contrast. So yes it's normal in the sense that it's supposed to be that way because that's one way to save cost by manufacturering one colour (ditto the black carpet mats). No it's not normal in that a beige interior should be matched with a light grey headliner (as you've described) but that's the way we're heading.

If the Prius V AT Package cost $40k, there will be a lot of noise from the general public and the media so costs have to be reduced.

mmm ok. That definitely explains the look of the LS400s. They look worn, yes but the one's I've seen for sale online are in much better shape than newer cars (but with a lower starting price when new) with leather interiors.

I didn't check the quality of the leather interior in the Prius cause I didn't really have any intention of getting leather but that may change. Of course I'm not expecting Lexus quality leather (the premium ones anyway.. the standard ones seem to be cheaper) but I hope it's good enough to put in a Camry and not a Corolla.

I think that the misty gray would just look so much classier in the Blizzard Pearl than the tan would. Again, my opinion...
I agree with Paradox. I actually ordered the dark grey interior but the dealer made a mistake and it came with the light grey (cloth) interior. At first I was shocked and thought about not accepting the car (even though I had been waiting 2 months). But the more I looked at it the more I liked it. The 2-tone is very attractive, I think, and the car generally looks much more "grown up" and fancier than the dark grey interior, in my opinion. To me, the dark grey makes the whole interior look like one color and is not nearly as interesting to look at. Plus, to me the dark grey interior looks "cheaper" somehow. Plasticky, kind of. Anyway, I am going to have the dealer install their "Propak" interior (and exterior) protection package (at their expense, since they made the mistake). The dealer's co-owner also put me at ease when she explained to me that she has a light grey interior with the propak package and her toddler daughter drew with a sharpie pen all over the back seat, but she was able to remove it all, no problem.

I seen a Blizzard Pearl with the Bisque leather interior. It looked real sharp

I think the Bisque naturally goes with the Blizzard Pearl a bit more, but I have only seen the Misty Gray leather interior in person and thought it looked nice! Anyone care to share your opinion or any more pics you may have?

The reason I think Bisque more naturally fits the Blizzard exterior is b/c of the almost eggshell color it can take in high sunlight. I don't know why, but my mind wants to tell me that the Misty Gray looks a bit out of place in combo with the Blizzard Pearl. I know some of you have Misty Gray w/Blizzard Pearl exterior ... state your case

I just can't do dark interior this time around, so Dark Gray is out.
We have an Option V with Pearl and Gray leather. Here in the Dallas area, the summer heat is a bit much. My other Prius with the darker interior about worked the AC to death trying to keep up. With the gray, the AC on my new Prius has no problem keeping the temps down and comfortable.

The dash and door panel color with the gray interior is lighter and does not get near as hot as my other one did. I could almost burn my hand on the black dash in my other Prius. Cooler dash = cooler car. Cooler seats = cooler car.
