Friends: 0 | Is the roadside assistance that is provided free? For example is the tow truck that comes to your rescue already covered or is it just link you up to someone that can help if your car konks out on you? |

Yes this Roadside Assistance includes the cost of the towing, tire assistance, gas, etc that a normal program would include.
We made certain that all our sales personnel as well as the F&I staff that actually does the registration had taken the UOT Safety Connect course online before the first Prius with SC arrived.

If the green light next to the SOS button is lit then the system is able to connect to Toyota....but you may not be registered to use it. Go back to your store and boot some Sales Mgr in the a** in order to get you registered.

Friends: 0 | When I purchased my Prius, they told me it was the first car they had ever sold with SC and admitted they weren't sure how to register me. So I'm not registered either. I'd go back to the dealer now and see if they can help me, but I don't know what the cost of the service is. The first year is free, but then what? |
