Umm.. If it is fixed on the 2010, no one told my car this. I am new to the Prius, having only bought one June 4th, BUT, this is how it behaves. If the 'window lock' is locked, I, the driver, cannot move any other windows until I 'unlock' the windows.

Can anyone else confirm that this is the case?

wow... that's a bummer =(. I heard it was but I guess that's not the case. I didn't think of trying it out on the test drive.
