Have you considered getting the rattle fixed?

Not sure if this is an appropriate place to reply, but of course I've thought about trying to get the rattle fixed, and will ask about it at the first oil change. But part of the problem is it is party related to temperature: it seems when its warm (and things generally expand) there's not as much of a problem was when it is cold out (and things generally contract). So getting the car to replicate the problem for the dealer could be an issue in Los Angeles where it is never really cold, and unless there's a specific technical bulletin from Toyota on the problem, I'm not sure I trust them to fix it well, or better than I would if I took it upon myself to fix it.

And I'm not so sure a problem like this is covered under warranty. Nothing is technically broken.
