Friends: 18 | Now that Toyota is going to be shipping the 2010 Prius with Safety Connect and USB port capability (at least on some models), the Regions will begin to use different build codes. The dealers will use these to order their preferences from their regions. It appears to me that the number changes will make it easier to avoid mistakes such as ording a Model III with solar roof and having it interpreted as a Model Iv with solar roof. Here are the new build descriptions (from the Chicago Region) effective August 14, 2009.
