Default services from Toyota

Hi everyone,
I am writing a paper for a marketing class on the Toyota Prius and I am trying to find out what some of the extra services Toyota provides to Prius owners. Any input would be helpful. Thank you

our local prius dealer has a 2 hr session for new prius owners to come in and ask questions of their staff . To help get acquainted with the new technology. They provide snacks and beverages. I like the idea, it is a 5 to 7 pm function on a week night.

My dealer has the same function. I am told (I don't go until later this month) that there will be vouchers for a free first oil change and free touch up paint at this function.

My dealer (probably all Toyota dealers) also offers a 1000 mile inspection to make sure all is correct on the car from the factory build. They probably check safety items, fluids, known issues, etc.
This was offered and even scheduled when I purchased the vehicle.

If my dealer offers anything they didn't tell me about it.

"If my dealer offers anything they didn't tell me about it."

Ditto. And the positively last thing my dealer would do is give me a free anything.

My dealer treats me no differently than any other customer.

Ha, I also can tell you what my dealer didn't offer or do

Didn't adjust the rear brakes properly, there were almost no rear brakes, didn't fill the oil properly, overfilled it, Didn't give me the color I was told I was getting, Didn't give me an honest deal on the paint sealant they talked me into, a 10$ bottle of (can't set my hands on it, rs2000 I think) stuff, 299$ for a ten minute rub on the car. Didn't impress me with an inept service dept concerning the prius, excellent for all other makes. Didn't stop calling me to buy a new "10 model, Didn't earn my respect to the point that I would buy new there again.

Not to sound rude but they use this as an opportunity to tell you how "risky" buying a hybrid was with the "expensive maintenance and repairs" so they can sell you into the maintenance and warranty plans as well as other typical dealership high profit add-ons. Which of course I actually mean they lie to you so that they can take your money.

My dealer set up that little get together on September 23rd. Thank God it wasn't on the 24th or 25th. The loonies are coming to town for the G20 and the big shots are staying down at Nemacolin, which is south of Uniontown on Rt 40. Pennsylvania Resorts | Pittsburgh Area Resorts | Nemacolin Woodlands Resort
Guess what road you take to head down that way. Yep Rt 51 the one my dealer is on.
