taking a US Prius IV to Belgium

Hello,

I'm currently living and working in the US, but might be relocated next year back to my homeland Belgium. We are now at the point of bying a Prius IV, and taking the car back to Belgium in the event we should move next year.
I've seen some email traffic on the problems of taking a US car into Europe. Some Prius owners must have gone through the problems. Is there somebody out there who can share his experiences with me on
- How to make sure that the vehicle is compliant to the European/Belgian regulations (Installing rear fog lights, any other modifications ?
- Is the European navigation CD compatible with the US Prius IV navigation system
- Is there a way to extend the US (only, CAN + US) warranty to a world wide or European warranty,
If you don't have any experience, is there anybody who knows a good dealer in Belgium, who be able to provide me the right answers,

try garage 'De Dijle' in Haacht (google it).
I see that they have imported Hybrid camry's.
Don't know if they can help you with everything but you sure can try...
