Bluetooth Audio and the iPhone

Yes I tried restarting and every possible combinition. I'm guessing that there is something different in the iphone 2g hardware despite having the latest firmware.

I purchased a $12 aux jack from Target and that definitely sufficient . Although I would have likes to experience the BT connection for audio.

can't be done with a 2g. You'd have to use an add-on bluetooth dongle.

Do you guys mean 2nd gen? A better way of saying it is the iPhone 3g & 3gs. As for me, I have a second gen (3g) and it works fine.

good question. I guess I thought he meant an original iphone. Yes, it works with 3g or 3gs.
