Coworker Selling Prius

Working for an international company, it's not unusual to hear that someone took a position or a project in another country. A coworker is moving relatively soon and liquidating the vast majority of his assets. This includes his Salsa Red 2004 Prius. Here's what he sent me:

Just curious- how much are they askin for the house?

It's currently listed for $419,500.
