european meeting 9th september in Belgium

The Prius Touring Club organizes its fourth meeting in Belgium. Till 65 Prius1 and Prius2 were present during the previous meetings held in Paris, Reims, and Lyon.

The meeting is opened to anyone interested.
Prius owners will have the opportunity to parade in group in the countryside.
Non Prius owners may join the parade by getting a ride into a participant Prius.

11.30 Meeting beginning in Durbuy - presentation of the cars to the public and to the medias
14.30: parade from Durbuy to Namur
16.30: either visit of Namur by boat or visit of the perfume shop Delforge
18.30: free time (to check in at your hotel for example)
20.30: Dinner in a Namur's restaurant

10.00 Meeting on the site of the Citadel and presentation to the public and to the medias
10.45 parade in the country of valleys and castles, along the Meuse river
11:30 Stop in a charming village
13:00 Lunch in Jardins de la Molignéee

I saw your post about the September meeting and thought you may be able to answer my question:

Would a US 2004 Prius pass the Belgium technical inspection (once I have a sealed fire extinguisher and the triangle on board)? The car is gently used and only 22K miles.

I am considering an assignment in Belgium, in Mons. The worst part of the move would be selling my Prius.

I discovered the site this week. I am from Belgium, assigned to a post in Virginia. I am at the point of bying a Prius 4. Of course I would like to take the car to Belgium at the end of my assignment in the US. I have some questions about importing a US car in Belgium.
- Installing the rear fog lights, which are required in BEL,
- What about the extending the warranty, from US + CAN to worldwide
- Does the EUR DVD work in the US navigation system,
May be you can help me or forward me to somebody else,
