Q: Regarding Navigation System

Q: Regarding Navigation System

Loan my brother my 09 Prius over the weekend.
Someone touched the Navigation System. (Maybe his daughter or granddaughter)
Now I am a seen RED dot all over on the screen. They are about a block apart. At first I thought it was telling me that they where traffic light.
However, they are not any traffic lights where the RED dots are located.
Any ideas what this RED dots are suppose to be telling me.

Go out and fire up the unit and hit the "mark it" button on the screen and see what you get.

Are they red dots with a white horizontal line going through them? If that's the case, they are telling you 'Do Not Enter' that part of the road.

Are you sure they weren't there before and you are just noticing them now?

Doesn't that only show up when guidance is on? I agree with LRKingII; those red dots are the result of someone "marking" spots.

might be the "cookie crumb" feature so that you can track where you've been. Umm, I can't remember how to turn it off, sorry. It might be under the ROUTE button on the main map screen.
