The colors and exterior/interior combinations have been available for about 6 or 7 weeks, I believe. Much of it is discussed in a thread called
2010 Prius Colors with Photos. Also, there is a
Toyota-prepared 3-page .pdf that describes certain packages available to Prius Priority orders (no longer open for ordering). In that document you'll also see the colors, both interior and exterior.
